One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 Worldwide Release Date Announced

It’s not long before you can join Luffy in search of the One Piece.

On Monday, 25 November, Bandai Namco Entertainment revealed the release date for the upcoming action-adventure game One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and on PC. The PC version is presently slated to be released via Steam.

Five years on since the third instalment of the One Piece series hit the shelves, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 will be released on 26 March 2020 in Japan. The next day, 27 March 2020, the Koei Tecmo Games-developed title will be released in Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America.

On March 27 2020, fans of the One Piece series across Europe, Asia, and North America will be able to dive into the action. The latest Pirate Warrior adventure is being touted as an explosive story that takes place across a wide array of environments and features a bunch of crazy attacks.

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 will mark the first time that the series will launch in other regions within 24 hours of its release in Japan. In the release date reveal trailer (seen above) after the launch day has been revealed, the video also showcases some pre-order rewards.

Bandai Namco often incorporates pre-order bonuses with their video game. Those who pre-order One: Piece Pirate Warriors 4 will get an early unlock of Germa 66 commanders and brothers Vinsmoke Ichiji, Vinsmoke Niji, and Vinsmoke Yonji as well as two bonus costumes. Furthermore, free for all players from launch day, One Piece gamers will be able to pick up the Wano costumes for Nami, Sanji, Zoro, and Sanji.

One Piece fans need to mark 26/27 March on their calendars in preparation for the long-awaited release of Pirate Warriors 4.
