Silent Hill 2 by Bloober Team SA emerged as the night’s biggest winner, securing the coveted Horror Game of the Year award along with honors for Best Soundtrack, Best Survival Horror, and multiple nominations in other categories. Luke Roberts was awarded Best Performance for his portrayal of James Sunderland in the game.
Indie developers also had their moment in the spotlight, with Chilla’s Art earning Best Indie Developer and Still Wakes the Deep by The Chinese Room winning both Best Indie Horror Game and Technical Achievement. Wrong Organ’s Mouthwashing captured multiple awards, including Best Narrative and the fan-voted Players’ Choice, highlighting the power of innovative storytelling in indie horror.
