One of the all time greats in football history is the little boy from Rosario, Lionel Messi. The 36 year old man tops my list of best Argentinian players in EA Sports FC24 with a whooping 90 overall rating.
Messi is one of the few players with a high value in EA FC24 Career Mode. His best ratings are 96 composure, 96 dribbling, 93 ball control, 95 balance, 92 vision and 93 free kick accuracy.
The Atomic Flea due to his 5’7″ stature, has a lower centre of gravity than taller players, which gives him greater agility, allowing him to change direction more quickly and evade opposing tackles. He is also known for his finishing, positioning, quick reactions, and ability to make attacking runs to beat the defensive line.
Messi’s achievements are so many, he’s won the Fifa World Cup with Argentina in 2022, has 7 Ballon d’Or, won a lot of league titles for his previous clubs (FC Barcelona and PSG) and is currently signed to America side Inter Miami on a two-and-a-half year contract.
2. Lautaro Martínez (87 OVR, 89 POT)

At just 26-years-old, Lautaro Javier Martínez is already an 87 overall striker, placing him amongst one of the best in Argentina as well as in the game. However, there’s much more to come, with his 89 potential in EA Sports FC24 career mode.
Lautaro is a prolific goal poacher with 83 acceleration, 85 shot power, 90 finishing, 86 ball control and 84 dribbling, what more could you be looking for in a striker.
He is known for his elegant playing style, good dribbling skills, and clinical finishing ability, as well as surprising physical strength and aerial prowess.
The 26 year old began his career in his native Argentina, where he made his senior debut with Racing Club in 2015. He later joined Inter Milan in 2018 on a 5 year deal. Last season, he scored 21 goals in 38 appearances across all competitions for the club.
3. Paulo Dybala (86 OVR, 86 POT)

At 29-years-old and 5’10’’, Paulo Bruno Exequiel Dybala ranks as one of the best Argentinian players in EA FC24 career mode, boasting a lofty 86 overall and the same 86 potential rating.
The Argentine frontman is incredibly athletic in Career Mode, with his best ratings being his 90 dribbling, 93 ball control, 84 acceleration, 90 balance, 91 vision, and 88 agility making him a great Argentinian striker to sign in career mode.
Paulo excels during counter-attacks and at beating the offside trap when making attacking runs. The 29 year old is quick, creative, elegant and has accurate shots from outside the box.
On 20 January 2022, Dybala signed for Italian side AS Roma from Juventus on a three year contract. Last season, he scored 12 goals in 25 appearances making him my third pick on my list of best Argentinian players in EA FC24.
4. Marcos Acuña (85 OVR, 85 POT)
Age: 31

Value: £33 million
Best Attributes: 91 Stamina, 90 Balance, 85 Standing Tackle
At an 85 overall, same with his potential 85 rating in Career Mode, Sevilla’s very own Marcos Javier Acuña has made his name as one of the best Argentinian players in EA Sports FC24.
Acuña is a physical left back who is quick, agile and energetic. With a stamina rating of 91 paired with 81 defensive awareness and 82 strength be rest assured your left wing is protected.
Acuña has made the left back position at Sevilla his own, making over 30 appearances for the team, as well as scoring 3 goals. In the current campaign, he has already made the starting lineup for the LaLiga side acquiring the number 19 jersey number.
Due to his reputation as one of the best left backs in Argentina, securing the signing of Acuña won’t be cheap because he has a value of £39 million alongside his £46k wage.
5. Emiliano Martínez (85 OVR, 85 POT)

The 30 year old ball stopper starts career mode with 83 diving, 85 reflexes, 82 kicking, 84 positioning and his 84 handling’s making him a real unit behind the goal post.
With a value of £36 million and a weekly wage of £100K, this flying Argentinian won’t come cheap, but his imposing stature and impressive reflexes make him a commanding presence between the posts.
In September 2020, Martínez moved to English side Aston Villa in a transfer worth £20 million. In his first season at the club, he kept a club record 15 clean sheets in the Premier League.
6. Rodrigo De Paul (84 OVR, 84 POT)

De Paul has already made his mark at European and international level and he is a highly creative and technically gifted playmaker, with excellent dribbling skills which allows him to operate effectively in the central midfielder position.
A central midfielder’s role is to create chances in his opponents yard, and De Paul’s 85 ball control, 81 composure, 78 crossing and 86 Vision enables him to do just that.
In 2021, De Paul signed a five-year contract with Spanish side Atlético Madrid. In December, he scored his first goal for the club in a 3–1 away win against Porto in the 2021–22 UEFA Champions League.

The young Argentinian’s best attributes make him a dangerous player in the line of defense. His 91 aggressiveness, 80 strength and 84 sliding tackle gives him the defending prowess both in real life competition and in EA FC24.
The 25 year old is nicknamed “the Butcher” due to his aggressive style of play. I mean his anticipation, composure, positioning, tackling and passing ability, including long-range passes which enables him to stop dangerous attacks.
Martinez joined Manchester United in 2022 on a five year deal from Netherland side Ajax and took over the jersey number 6. Last season, he remained a reliable face along the backline with over 27 appearances for the club.
