The FIFA experience gets better every time and there is a significant addition to the game as the “Create A Club” feature returns in FIFA 23 after it was first introduced last year.

As a major boost to Career Mode and Manager Mode, EA Sports now gives players the option of inputting their own football club into the game so they can go up against some of the best real-life teams in the world.

Whether you want to make your way up through the grassroots leagues, revive a fallen giant, bring back an unlicensed club with a new name or develop a completely new idea, there are endless possibilities to customize and personalize your experience in FIFA 23 Career Mode.

FIFA 23 Create a Club is designed to make it a more realistic and challenging experience for players who dare to take on the adventure. Asides from being able to add a custom club into any league of your choice, you can also assign them to a rival club to grow a unique identity.

Thinking about upsetting the status quo in world football or just planning to develop a rivalry where there is otherwise dominance in a particular city? You are bound to your own imagination in FIFA 23 Create a Club.

Further changes you can make to a club’s identity include club name, nickname, club crest, kit and stadium. As a bonus, you can also change the club’s kits every season.

For those with needs for specific detailing, there are hundreds of customisable options that are available in the FIFA 23 Career Mode menus. Everything from the colour of seats, pitch patterns, net shapes and net colours can be tweaked when selecting a stadium.

Launch FIFA 23 and open the Career Mode game mode
Select ‘Create Your Club’
Replace a team from a league of your choice and select ‘Rival’

There is also a ‘Playable Highlights’ feature that has caught the attention of avid fans of Career Mode. It allows you to take charge of key moments in a match in an attempt to define their outcomes, specifically in terms of close calls that impact the scoreline while leaving the rest of the match to be simulated by the match engine.
