There are a total of 17 levels in Apeirophobia and the blueprint will be stated before you take on the dreaded Backrooms. Indeed, each level has it’s unique experience ranging from appearance, entities, tasks, puzzles and so on while some levels are safe others are totally dangerous.
It is fun to play with friends so you can all be attentive to the environment because the higher the level, the more complex the challenge.

- Titan Smiler – if this entity spots you, it starts chasing you to kill you.
- Phantom Smiler – randomly appears only for the targeted players.

- Memorize the order of the dice and unlock the door.
- Collect a weapon and reach a computer by breaking a door.
- Enter Y in the computer to open the gate.

- Find the three paintings and place them where they should be.
- Thirteen (The Funrooms)
- Partygoer – teleports to you; if you do not look at it, it will kill you.
- Click on five stars.
- Then a new area will unlock.
- Collect three bears there and unlock the door for the next level.
- Fourteen (Electrical Station)
- Stalker – spawns randomly near you. If you stare at this entity, you will die when the alarms are on.
- Find a screwdriver and a wire cutter to open a box and cut wires to reach the computer.
- Type Y on the computer.
- Go to the exit.
- Fifteen (The Ocean of the Final Frontier)
- La Kameloha – chases your boat, and if it reaches your boat, everyone in the boat dies.
- Rebuild the holes and engine of the boat until it gets to the finish line.
- Sixteen (Crumbling Memory)
- Deformed Howler – when it sees you, it will come to kill you.
- Find the exit in this dark level to finish the game.
There are also four difficulty levels, so you can either go for a (somewhat) leisurely pace on easy or work your heart rate up on nightmare.
