The evolution can be selected as one of your shark’s three organ evolutions in Maneater, being unlocked by defeating Candyman Curtis at Infamy Level 4.

How to Unlock the Adrenal Gland
You have to reach Infamy Level 4 and then defeat the boss to unlock the Adrenal Gland organ evolution.
Raise your infamy level from Level 3 to Level 4 by eating humans anywhere on the map and defeating the hunters that come searching for you.
Once the bar has filled, you’ll trigger the Candyman Curtis encounter.
Defeat Candyman Curtis to unlock the Adrenal Gland organ evolution and get 1,350 Protein, 1,350 Fat, and 1,350 Mineral.
Adrenal Gland Parameter Boosts
With a Tier 5 Adrenal Gland in one of your shark’s three organ evolution slots, you’ll get its passive boosters when you’re on low health, and you’ll get the following rating parameter increase:
- +10 Speed
Ratings parameter bars have 20 sections which are made up of five points apiece. An equipped organ evolution that grants a +5 rating will fill the equivalent of one section.
