Just a few weeks out from its arrival, the WWE 2K23 ratings reveal continues to trickle out with all of the most powerful superstars now official. That includes the first 99 OVR superstar in years who will sit atop the mountain of dozens of characters set to join the game.
Some that didn’t make the cut last year, such as Cody Rhodes, are finally set to arrive while a few notable names remain absent. With one of their biggest selections to date on deck for fans, here is the full WWE 2K23 roster and all the ratings that have been made official.
In this article you will learn:
- The full confirmed WWE 2K23 roster
- All of the WWE 2K23 ratings revealed so far
- How this year’s exclusives and DLC will work
WWE 2K23 roster list of all 200 confirmed superstars
As of now, a total of 200 different confirmed characters are going to join the full WWE 2K23 roster. Some of these happen to be variations on the same star but at different points in their career, such as the many different versions of John Cena this year to go with his presence in the WWE 2K Showcase.
The vast majority of the characters listed here will be available in the base game. However, there are five that won’t be playable for everyone at launch. Bad Bunny is a pre-order exclusive character, and only players who pre-order ahead of launch will receive him.
On top of that, the Ruthless Aggression Pack featuring Brock Lesnar ‘01, John Cena (Prototype), Randy Orton ‘02, and Batista (Leviathan) is exclusive to the WWE 2K23 Icon Edition.
It’s possible that these four will later be available as individually purchased DLC, but as of now, they are edition exclusive. Additional DLC is expected after launch, but WWE Games has not yet confirmed who will join the roster or when those will arrive.
The most glaring absence as of now is Bray Wyatt and adjacent personalities like Uncle Howdy, who appear to have missed the cut for the main game but may feature in future DLC.

Despite the already massive size of this year’s roster, the WWE 2K23 DLC releases are expected to be rather substantial. There were five post-launch DLC packs released for WWE 2K22 with between five and seven new superstars in each, so the full WWE 2K23 roster could grow to 225+ superstars by the time all is said and done.

As of now, WWE 2K23 ratings are only known for a bit less than half of the massive roster. Additional WWE 2K23 ratings reveals are expected to drop via social media in the coming weeks and days, and specifics on some of the game’s unlockables may not be clear until after launch.
Unfortunately, there are also notable absences seen just last year like Sasha Banks and Naomi, two of several superstars to leave the company since the release of WWE 2K22. With work likely already underway for the post-launch DLC, the window has surely closed for any upcoming returns to make it into the WWE 2K23 roster.
