If you want to use the cellphone method, the way you have to input codes is a little different. If you’re not yet familiar with how to use cheats this way in the game, here’s how you do it:

1. Press UP on the D-Pad on your console, or T or BACKSPACE on PC to bring your in-game smartphone up on the screen.
2. To bring up the dial pad, go into your contacts list. Next, press X on Xbox, SQUARE on PlayStation, or SPACEBAR or the middle mouse button on your PC.
3. Enter the phone number for the cheat or simply press * (redial) on the dial pad.
4. Dial the number by pressing the same button you used in step 2.
5. You’ll now receive a message saying the cheat has been activated.
