Known as the Cave System in the game, this level is small, but feels very creepy as you are inside underground tunnels with many spikes around.
Although there are many flood lights dotted around the cave, you will have to walk around using your flash or camera to find the exit passage that looks like a violet portal.
Level 5 takes the appearance of a massive cave littered with stalagmites all over while the cave takes the form of a giant maze that stretches from narrow tunnels to expansive areas. The main objective is to keep to the left side of the map while finding the exit.

The exit is marked by an upside down lamppost at the middle of the map and as you move closer to it, you should hear a buzzing sound coming from the violet portal where you should exit to the next level.
Like in most levels, there is a dangerous entity called Skin Walker that roams this level which spawns near the middle of the map so you should hurry when passing through this level. An immediate encounter with this entity will kill you and multiplayers should also be cautious as it takes the physical appearance of its victims.
