The left footer has great vision, passing ability, and passing accuracy. Her technique has been compared to that of male Barcelona legends Xavi, Sergio Busquets, and particularly Andrés Iniesta, all of whom she has said inspire her game.

At the start of Career Mode, Mapi’s 91 defensive awareness, 90 sliding tackle, 90 reaction, and 90 interception are the highlights.

León is a versatile left-footed defender with the ability to distribute the ball up the pitch and her preference for playing in a high block.

Mapi already boasts a strong scoring record for Barça, with 12 goals and four assists by her 156th appearance, and also got called up to her first major tournament with Spain, the 2017 UEFA Women’s Euro.

4. Rodri (89 OVR, 90 POT)

At 89 overall, the 6’3’’ is an elite-tier defensive midfielder among the starting XI for both his country and club. The 89 reaction, 85 composure, 82 vision, and 90 long passing make Rodri quite a handy player to have – particularly in defensive midfield.

Rodri is a physically strong and tall player. His physique helps him to frequently win tackles, challenges on opponent players, as well as aerial duels.

In January 2022, Paredes won her first title with Barcelona after her side humiliated Atlético Madrid 7-0 in the final to win their second Supercopa de España Femenina title. She was also called up to be part of Spain’s squad at the 2015 Women’s World Cup and at the 2019 Women’s World Cup.

At 22 years old, Sandra moved from Levante to Barcelona after the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup, the summer that the Catalan club professionalised their women’s side.

Paños returned to her role as Barcelona’s third captain ahead of the 2021–22 season and was named as a nominee for the 2021 Ballon d’or. She was also the first-choice goalkeeper at the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
