FIFA World Cup FUT Hero Player Item has been made available from November 11, 2022, and the Hero Pack bonus will be received when the cards are added to the game.
Those players who pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of FIFA 23 on the 19th of August will not have any issues as their bonus packs will be updated after a little while.
In order to be eligible for the Hero packs, players must have either pre-ordered FIFA 23 Ultimate Edition before the 21st of August, 2022 or purchased EA Play Pro
Any eligible users for the Hero pack who are still yet to get their bonus packs should get in touch with the EA Help team.

Need information on the latest FIFA 23 Title Update?

The latest Title Update is now available for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, Stadia, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One versions of FIFA 23, and it’s new changes include;

General, Audio, and Visual

Made the following changes:

Added the FIFA World Cup 2022 experience.
Removed the previously existing Brazil team from Kick Off, Tournaments, Online Friendlies, and Online Seasons.
- The Brazil national team, featuring players competing in the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2022 can be used in the FIFA World Cup 2022 experience.
Updated some commentary lines and celebrations.

Addressed the following issues:

In some cases, Training Center Focus Areas did not update to take into account the selected Controller Settings preset.
Addressed multiple stability issues that could occur.
